Just to let you know that Don and I have just experienced the most spendido trip to Italy ever!!! We just loved the country, the people, the food and the culture — what is there not to like in Italy?? Every experience was the best! Our drivers were entertaining — one even sang opera as we drove along the highway — they were all so informative and so friendly. The tickets to the opera were great — Domingo was the tenor — a totally unexpected, unforgettable surprise!! The Grand Hotel in Bellagio is just what the name implies — GRAND — the room, the service, the food, etc. Perfecto! We were living in the lap of luxury. So thanks for all your assistance — Judy was right — you are a great travel guide! We were just so pleased with everything you set up for us — first class all the way! Many, many thanks for all your assistance and patience!
I got the documents yesterday, they look great, so nice not having just a little piece of paper to show, even in the age of electronics, people still seem to like to have something in hand to show for. Very nice, thank you for all of your help.

Well we are down to the last few days and thought you might like to know we are still having a great time! So far all has gone perfectly as far as connections / accommodations and the curb to curb transfers in each city with our driver meeting us as scheduled has been excellent! The only way to travel! We have really been nonstop since arriving in Italy and have seen and done tons! Tuscany countryside is by far the real jewel in Italy!! We have decided to take this last day in Tuscany as a day of rest (our first and only) before heading back to Florence tomorrow. All other days have been packed with site seeing / driving / touring / fine dining! Will of course give you a more detailed account (if you are interested) upon our return. Have lots of pics to share as well. Many thanks for an excellent job in scheduling and booking our trip!!!
I've been meaning to get in contact with you. I wanted to say thank you for making all of the arrangements. The place was great and we have a very nice retreat. Usually we jump right in to work, but this time we took advantage of the retreat atmosphere/environment. Thank you again!
